In response to Hillwood’s closure and subsequent phased reopening due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hillwood deployed a weekly volunteer email to better deepen volunteer engagement during this time of social distancing. The weekly emails featured new, educational content in the form of staff articles, volunteer spotlights, garden images, and videos. As Hillwood transitions back to a monthly volunteer email, we would like to take this opportunity to learn what you enjoyed in our recent communications and what can be improved upon moving forward.
