Over the past couple weeks, the collections team have temporarily removed a number of objects from the mansion and additional pieces will be taken off view throughout July and August. Click here for additional objects that have been or will be removed from the mansion to be photographed. All pieces will be returned to the mansion at the end of August once photography concludes.

Additionally, on Monday, July 6, the collections team temporarily removed the Portrait of the Duchess of Parma (51.4) for conservation, and the Tapestry Portrait of Catherine II (41.5) was installed in its place. We expect the painting to be off view for some time while it undergoes conservation.
