Each year, this survey helps us better understand how we can support you and enhance your time as a volunteer. This year, we focused especially on how Hillwood’s communication channels are serving you and how we can continue to strengthen the ways we connect, collaborate, and support your work. Your voices guide our efforts, and we’re deeply grateful for your continued engagement and insight.

Follow-up Survey: Accessibility and Families at Hillwood

We’d love your help with a brief follow-up survey that focuses on two important areas shaping Hillwood’s future: accessibility and our growing family audience.

Accessibility is a broad and ongoing commitment—one that influences nearly every aspect of our work and the visitor experience. As part of our continued efforts to make Hillwood more inclusive and welcoming, we’re identifying where we can make the most meaningful improvements. We’ve developed a preliminary list of potential 2026 projects—tangible actions that will lay the groundwork for long-term progress—and your feedback will help us determine which to prioritize.

At the same time, Hillwood has seen a wonderful increase in family and youth visitation, including children visiting with parents, schools, and community groups. As we welcome more young visitors, we want to ensure that all staff and volunteers feel confident and supported in engaging with them. Your insights into your experiences, challenges, and successes when interacting with children and families will guide us as we develop new training materials, set to launch in early 2026.

By sharing your perspective through this survey, you’ll help us strengthen Hillwood’s accessibility, inclusivity, and family engagement for all visitors.

Please take a few minutes to complete the follow-up survey here.

The survey will remain open through Sunday, November 16.

Thank you for your continued dedication and for helping shape this important work. Hillwood’s success is built on your passion and commitment, and we are deeply grateful for all that you contribute.
