Please join us for Hillwood’s Annual Volunteer Business Meeting on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 in the visitor center theater. Selecting from the three times offered (10 a.m., 1 or 6 p.m.), please attend the meeting that best suits your schedule. Each meeting will run about 1 hour and 15 minutes and focuses on big picture topics at Hillwood, such as the strategic plan, exhibition schedule, and more.

If your schedule allows, we strongly encourage volunteers to attend the business meeting in person. No advance registration is needed. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time to check in and pick up your volunteer packets, which will include your 2020 guest passes. The meeting will also be recorded and made available on the volunteer website. An email with the video link will be sent to volunteers the following week, and we recommend those who are unable attend in-person watch the recording.
