Please join us for Hillwood’s Annual Volunteer Business Meeting on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in the visitor center theater. Selecting from the three times offered (10 a.m., 1 or 6 p.m.), please attend the meeting which best suits your schedule. No advance registration is needed. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time to check in and pick up your volunteer packets, which will include your 2019 volunteer passes and a revised volunteer directory.

The Volunteer Business Meeting is a wonderful opportunity to hear from several upper management staff. Each meeting is scheduled to run for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and will focus on big picture topics at Hillwood, such as the strategic plan, exhibition schedule and collections updates, and development news.

If your schedule allows, we strongly encourage volunteers to attend the business meeting in person. The meeting will also be recorded and made available on the volunteer website. An email with the video link will be sent to volunteers the following week, and we recommend those who can’t attend in-person to watch the recording
