New Volgistics Link & Upgrade

We are thrilled to share with you the new and improved Volgistics volunteer portal. Going forward, please save and use the new link provided below to access Volgistics.

Please note: You do not need to change your login credentials for the upgraded Volgistics portal. Your current username, password, and pin will all give you access to the new portal.

Please review the revised Volgistics User Guide, which contains detailed instructions on how to schedule volunteer shifts, update your profile information, and view/print your service hours.

Highlights from the upgrade include:

  • A more modern and user-friendly interface.
  • Increased options for viewing the online schedule, including monthly, weekly, daily, and personalized schedule views.
  • A new QR code feature for on-site volunteers at Hillwood, allowing you to scan a QR code to sign in and out of a volunteer shift from your phone.
  • A new, free mobile app called VicNet, available for in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It uses an orange icon with a white “V.” The app will keep you logged in, so you don’t need to log in every time you want to use it. The app offers the same functionality as accessing Volgistics through a web browser, but in a more convenient format. Note: If you choose to download the new VicNet app, please ensure that you download the app with the orange icon, described and linked above (not to be confused with the administrative Volgistics app that uses a purple icon).

Please note: The volunteer website is undergoing repairs and is currently unavailable. While the volunteer website is offline, a few resource links on the Volgistics homepage will also be unavailable during this time.
